We teach each art separately on a rotating basis so that our students can get a fundamental understanding of these martial arts as a whole. What you end up with is your own “blend of Mixed Martial Arts.” The truth is “Real MMA” has its roots in the combination of many styles – NOT just 3!
Even if you never plan to step foot in a ring, this program provides a great workout to get you in shape and will help you to understand the principles of leverage and fighting in all ranges, even while flat on your back with someone on top of you!
Teaching Self-Defense Skills
We focus on the personal development aspect of martial arts, not just self-defense moves.
Our instructors are all black belts, & have undergone extensive training to ensure that all of our students receive the best instruction and care.
We have a direct lineage to Bruce Lee, and teach 9 different martial arts styles: Jeet Kune Do, Jun Fan Kickboxing, Kali, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wing Chun, Savate, Silat, and Capoeira
